The provision and circulation of book stock and ICT equipment and technical support and volunteer training and supervision will continue to be provided by the County Council for a Community Partnership Library. In addition to this core offer, funding for some communities – those that are likely to have more difficulty accessing alternative libraries, or where local needs are higher – is being offered to any community wanting to take on their library.
