Rationale and methodology

The following documents explain the rationale and logic used to develop the consultation proposals for the Libraries Service. They summarise the assessments that we have carried out at this stage. It is important to emphasise that no decisions about the future delivery of library services in any community have been taken at this time and the results of this consultation will be taken into account in our decision-making. No decisions will be made until the results of this consultation (ending 13 June) have been fully analysed and reviewed.

Please look at the area which includes your library. We would encourage you to feedback your views on the rationale and logic set out in this, by completing the questionnaire.
